Dealyzer

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Effective date: July 9, 2026 · This policy applies to the Dealyzer Chrome extension and the Dealyzer web application at dealyzer.ai, operated by Dealyzer LLC ("Dealyzer," "we," "us").

The short version

Dealyzer analyzes commercial real estate and business-for-sale listings you choose to view. We collect only what is needed to run that analysis and your account. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track your general browsing.

What we collect

Account information. When you create an account: your email address and authentication credentials, managed by our database provider Supabase.

Listing data you analyze. When you open a supported listing page (LoopNet, Crexi, or BizBuySell) with the extension active, the extension reads the content of that listing page — such as address, asking price, unit mix, stated rents, and financial figures — to compute scores and metrics. This is the extension's single purpose. When you download a report while signed in, that listing data and your underwriting assumptions are stored in your account.

Waitlist submissions. If you join our waitlist: your email address, your stated interest, the source page, and a one-way hashed identifier derived from your IP address used only for spam prevention and de-duplication. We do not store your raw IP address.

Usage and technical data. We do not currently use analytics tools on the web application.

Payment information (when subscriptions launch). Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive only subscription status and the last four digits of your card.

What we do NOT collect

  • Your general web browsing history. The extension activates only on supported listing pages and reads nothing else.
  • Your contacts, files, or data from other websites or tabs.
  • Precise location data.

How we use data

  • To provide the extension's single purpose: analyzing and scoring listings you choose to view, and generating reports you request.
  • To operate your account, authenticate you, and (when subscriptions launch) manage billing.
  • To maintain, secure, and measure the performance and reliability of these features.

We do not use your data for advertising of any kind. We do not sell user data. We do not allow human review of your data except (a) with your explicit consent (e.g., a support request), (b) for security purposes such as abuse investigation, or (c) as required by law.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

Dealyzer's use and transfer of information received from the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use data collected by the extension to provide or improve its single, user-facing purpose: deal analysis on supported listing pages.
  • We do not use extension data for personalized advertising, and we do not sell it to data brokers or information resellers.
  • We do not transfer extension data to third parties except to our service providers listed below as necessary to provide the feature, to comply with applicable law, or for security purposes.
  • We do not allow humans to read this data except as described in "How we use data" above.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers required to run Dealyzer: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payment processing, when subscriptions launch). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy's protections continue to apply to previously collected data).

Data storage, security, and retention

Data is stored with Supabase and transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We retain account and report data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights and choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing support@dealyzer.ai. You can stop all extension data collection at any time by removing the extension from Chrome. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; email us and we will honor applicable requests.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices materially change, we will update this page, revise the effective date, and prominently disclose the change to users before it takes effect.
